Various Acts and Regulations support government initiatives to assist in assuring that our environment is protected. The Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 and the Product Stewardship (Oil) Act 2000 as well as the supporting Product Stewardship Regulations (Oil) 2000 are just a few with which SOR comply.
